Prof. Dr. Joanna Tokarska-Bakir (born in 1958), anthropologist of culture and religion. She is an employee of the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. A. W. Mellon, A. von Humboldt, Davis Center for Historical Studies, Princeton University; Marie Curie Fellowship at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton (2013-2015).
