Poet, translator, essayist, editor, literary scholar, academic lecturer. Co-founder and employee of the Avant-garde Research Centre at the Faculty of Polish Studies of the Jagiellonian University, assistant professor at the Faculty of Philology of the Jagiellonian University. He published three volumes of poetry, and received the Wisława Szymborska Award for Drożdżownia (2015). He recently published the monograph Awangarda. Strajki, zakłócenia, deformacje [Avant-garde. Strikes, Disturbances, Deformations] (2017), a volume of essays, Wolność krzepi [Freedom Invigorates] and a translation of Gherasim Luca’s The Passive Vampire (both 2018). Editor-in-chief of the “avant-garde/revisions” publishing series (Jagiellonian University Press), Romania Today (Universitas) and wunderkamera (Mikolov Institute). Editor of the magazines Nowa Dekada Krakowska and Romanica Cracoviensia, former editor of Literatura na Świecie. He lives in Krakow.
